eLoyalty, inc., based in Lake Forest, IL, specialize in providing leading edge end-to-end CRM solutions.

eLoyalty uses the Oracle E-Business suite to run its operations. It identified a need to print AR Invoices in multiple languages and did not want to create its own customization. Instead it selected Virtual Trader's external document printing facilities to identify ownership and produce the AR invoices in the right language and with the right values. Virtual Trader provides the facilities for them to maintain its own language translations and to add new ones when needed. A log of each transaction is kept for audit purposes. Virtual Trader has successfully processed those transactions from 2001 to the present day.
